Each course description comes with a number to denote the physical effort of the class. 0 is the most restful, while 5 is the most intense.

With its roots in Chinese medicine, this class incorporates deep stretches for long periods of hold time. We aim to challenge your mind and allow your body to open. It is non-heated.
We’ll work on simple breathing techniques to help you relax throughout this class. Obtain the benefits of gaining strength and flexibility without straining your muscles. Non-heated.
From mindful Vinyasa to kick-ass Power, there is nothing sweeter than flow. Come dance with your breath.
This class starts with meditation and breathing work to build a foundation of opening experiences. We’ll shake things up with graceful standing flow, core work, and arm balancing in this non-heated class.
Our signature course. This program strengthens and opens every part of your body, leaving you open, aware, and ready to take on the world. Non-heated.
A challenging and engaging class that practices multiple arm balances, long-standing, and creative sequences. We bump loud and positive music to create some great group energy. Non-heated and light-heat options available.
Purify and challenge both the body and mind, building strength, flexibility, and unprecedented resilience.
Derived from its name, we practice a set sequence of 26 beginners’ postures and two breathing exercises in a strongly-heated room. The idea is to find yourself in a moving meditation while working on building strength in your body. Detox and open your mind and body during this 60-minute session. Strong heat.
Pilates meets hot yoga in this exhilarating class. We practice the principles of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a heated room. Build strength while increasing flexibility and endurance. This is an intense workout. Strong heat.
